The 司法常务官办公室, in conjunction with all undergraduate colleges, operates a computerized degree evaluation system through software called DegreeWorks. 的DegreeWorks system contains many useful tools for tracking your progress towards degree 和 planning your path towards degree completion.

DegreeWorks includes a degree progress report/advising support system that matches your completed 和 current UW course work (和 any transfer courses you might have) with your degree requirements to determine your progress toward earning your degree. The Degree Evaluation audit powered by DegreeWorks is available on WyoRecords to students 以及教务顾问.

To access your Degree Evaluation, log on to WyoRecords 和 find the tab for Registration. A link for Degree Evaluation will be listed under the Registration options. 这个链接 will direct you to the audit of your requirements within DegreeWorks.

The Degree Evaluation does not apply to students who entered the University prior 到2009年秋天. 毕业/Diploma Information

现在, All undergraduates must declare their graduation dates by logging into WyoRecords.

从2022年秋季开始，售价30美元.00 毕业 Fee will be charged onto a student's account during the semester they anticipate graduating, a few days after they have declared a graduation date through their WyoRecords account.

May 5, 2023 - All course requirements must be completed, including main campus classes 和 courses through Distance Education.

May 5, 2023 - Any financial obligations with the university must be cleared. 如果你 have a financial hold on your records, you cannot receive copies of your transcripts 和 your diploma will not be sent to you until the obligations are satisfied.

May 5, 2023 - 如果你 are taking courses at another academic institution for your degree, all official transcripts must be received by the 司法常务官办公室 by this date. For the transcripts to be official, you must request that the transcripts be sent directly from the institution to the University of Wyoming 司法常务官办公室.

May 22, 2023 - Any incomplete grade ("I") must be removed 和 a grade assigned by this date or you will not graduate in this term.

June 16, 2023 - Your name will be printed on your diploma as it appears on WyoRecords, unless you tell us differently. Likewise, the diploma will be mailed to your permanent address unless you tell us differently. Any changes must be made by this date.When the degree verification process is complete, degrees will be posted to student records.

3 Months After 毕业 - Diplomas will be mailed to those students who successfully met all graduation requirements. Students who did not successfully complete requirements will be notified in writing 和 will be provided with a change of graduation date form.

Any change in your graduation date should be reported in writing immediately to your 度分析.
